How to Find the Serial Number
To find your SONNET 2 serial number, simply slide the battery pack cover off your audio processor. You can see the serial number on the lower part of the control unit. It is preceded by “SN:” and consists of six digits. You can also scan the QR code to see the serial number or find it on the original packaging.
